The Downtown Roseville Merchants, Inc. is a 501(c)6 association representing the merchants in Downtown Roseville. While any business in Roseville can apply for membership, the association focuses on the four main downtown corridor areas: Vernon Street, Historic Old Town, Riverside, and Atlantic Street.

Our Board of Directors is heavily involved in Roseville and the level of involvement depends on issues at hand and current committees, commissions, and interests of the board members. This may include serving on various committees of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, serving on numerous ad-hoc committees of the City of Roseville, some members are appointed by City Council to boards and commissions. We are a major player in Venues On Vernon, Property Business Improvement District (PBID), Arts & Entertainment committees, parade committees, and many more.

The Downtown Roseville Merchants, Inc. Board of Directors is comprised of elected members of this association (elected by the entire membership). Those serving on the board donate a significant amount of personal time to the membership and we sincerely appreciate their service to us.
